2. We are a publisher, not an operator
This is an important clause and we state it without qualification. We are not a gambling operator. We do not accept deposits, hold customer funds, offer credit, run any form of wagering, or provide any product that can be wagered on. We are not an agent of, and do not act on behalf of, any operator we write about.

This publication carries no user-generated content of any kind. There are no comments, no forums, no reviews submitted by readers, no uploads, no public profiles and no message boards. The only way to send us anything is the contact form, which reaches a private editorial inbox and is never published automatically. Nothing you send is made public without your express agreement.
